Mrs Jayanthi R. Iyengar has completed her senior in Karnatik Classical Music. She was also a Radio artiste. She is a successful business entrepreneur and has travelled all over the world. Music had always been a deep passion and hobby. She now teaches music and also sings in various groups as a lead singer. She resides at Noida (Delhi-NCR, India).
She teaches Carnatic music: saralai varisais, janti varisais, melstayi and dhatu varisais, varnams, eekar, aakar training, gamakams, etc. She also teaches advanced levels Keertanams, highly classical renditions lie pancharatna kritis, navavarna kritis etc. She teaches Hindustani Abhangs, semi classical, light classical bhajans, keertans, etc.
Jayanthi R. Iyengar was also a state topper in Sanskrit. Her diction, pronounciation of slokas, mantras is very profound. She is also deeply spiritual and has done research for several years in the Upanishads, Bhagvad Gita, etc. She also conducts programs based on Upanishads.
